Eat the Bible. Give the Answer.

(벧전 2:2) 새로 태어난 아기들로서 말씀의 순수한 젖을 사모하라. 이것은 너희가 그 젖으로 말미암아 성장하게 하려 함이라. As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby：

 

(히 5:12) 시간으로 보건대 너희가 마땅히 가르치는 자가 되었어야 할 터이나 [하나님]의 말씀들의 첫째 기초 원리들을 남에게 다시 가르침을 받아야 할 필요가 너희에게 있나니 너희가 단단한 음식이 아니라 젖을 필요로 하는 자가 되었도다. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

 

(히 5:14) 그러나 단단한 음식은 장성한 자들에게 속하나니 그들은 그것을 사용하여 자기 감각들을 단련시킴으로 선악을 분별하느니라. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

 

(렘 15:16) 내가 주의 말씀들을 발견하고 그것들을 먹으매 주의 말씀이 내게 기쁨과 마음의 즐거움이 되었사오니, 오 {주} 만군의 [하나님]이여, 나는 주의 이름으로 불리나이다. Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart： for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts.

 

(겔 3:1) 또 그분께서 내게 이르시되, 사람의 아들아, 네가 발견하는 것을 먹으라. 이 두루마리를 먹고 가서 이스라엘의 집에게 말하라, 하시기에 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel.

 

(겔 3:2-3) 내가 입을 벌리니 그분께서 나로 하여금 그 두루마리를 먹게 하시고 / 또 내게 이르시되, 사람의 아들아, 네 배로 하여금 먹게 하고 내가 네게 주는 이 두루마리로 네 창자를 채우라, 하시기에 내가 그것을 먹으니 그것이 내 입에서 꿀같이 달더라. So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll. / And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.

 

(겔 2:8) 사람의 아들아, 오직 너는 내가 네게 말하는 것을 듣고 그 반역하는 집같이 반역하지 말며 네 입을 벌리고 내가 네게 주는 것을 먹으라, 하시니라. But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house： open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.

 

(신 27:26) 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 행하기 위하여 그것들을 확인하지 아니하는 자는 저주를 받으리라, 할 것이요, 온 백성은, 아멘, 할지니라. Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

(신 29:29) 은밀한 일들은 {주} 우리 [하나님]께 속하거니와 계시된 그 일들은 영원토록 우리와 우리 자손들에게 속하나니 이것은 우리가 이 율법의 모든 말씀을 행하게 하려 하심이니라. The secret things belong unto the LORD our God： but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

 

(호 13:6) 그들이 자기들의 초장이 내는 대로 배가 불렀고 배가 부르매 그들의 마음이 높아져서 그런 까닭에 그들이 나를 잊었느니라. According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.

 

(신 8:11-14) 너는 내가 이 날 네게 명령하는 그분의 명령과 판단의 법도와 법규를 지키지 아니함으로 {주} 네 [하나님]을 잊어버리지 아니하도록 조심할지어다. / 네가 먹어 배부르게 되고 좋은 집을 짓고 그 안에 거하며 / 또 네 소 떼와 양 떼가 번성하고 네 은금이 크게 늘어나며 네 모든 소유가 크게 늘어날 때에 / 네 마음이 교만하여 네가 {주} 네 [하나님]을 잊어버릴까 염려하노라. 그분께서는 너를 이집트 땅 속박의 집에서 데리고 나오시며 Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day：/ Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein; / And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied; / Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;

 

(신 32:15) ¶ 그러나 여수룬이 기름지게 되매 발로 찼도다. 네가 기름지고 비대하고 기름으로 덮이매 그때에 그가 자기를 만드신 [하나님]을 버리고 자기의 구원의 [반석]을 소홀히 여겼도다. But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked： thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.

 

(신 8:3) 그분께서 너를 낮추시며 주리게 하시고 또 너도 알지 못하며 네 조상들도 알지 못하던 만나를 네게 먹이신 것은 사람이 빵으로만 살지 아니하고 {주}의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 사는 줄을 네가 알게 하려 하심이니라. And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

 

(요 14:6) 예수님께서 그에게 이르시되, 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니 나를 통하지 않고는 아무도 [아버지]께 오지 못하느니라. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life： no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

 

(잠 15:28) 의로운 자의 마음은 대답을 하려고 연구하거니와 사악한 자의 입은 악한 것들을 쏟아 내느니라. The heart of the righteous studieth to answer： but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.

 

(잠 22:20-21) 내가 계략과 지식에서 심히 뛰어난 것들을 네게 기록함은 / 너로 하여금 진리의 말씀들의 확실함을 알게 하며 또 너에게 사람을 보내는 자들에게 진리의 말씀들로 답변하게 하려 함이 아니겠느냐? Have not I written to thee excellent things in counsels and knowledge, / That I might make thee know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee?

 

(벧전 3:15) 오직 너희 마음속에서 [주] [하나님]을 거룩히 구별하고 너희에게 너희 속에 있는 소망의 이유를 묻는 모든 사람에게 온유함과 두려움으로 대답할 것을 항상 예비하며 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts： and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear：

 

(잠 25:11) 적절히 말한 말은 은 그림들에 있는 금 사과들 같으니라. A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

 

(사 50:4) [주] {하나님}께서 학식 있는 자의 혀를 내게 주사 내가 피곤한 자에게 때에 맞는 말을 할 줄 알게 하시나니 그분께서 아침마다 일깨우시되 나의 귀를 일깨우사 학식 있는 자같이 듣게 하시는도다. The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary： he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

 

(잠 15:23) 사람은 자기 입의 대답으로 기쁨을 누리나니 때에 맞게 한 말이 얼마나 좋은가! A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth： and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!

 

(잠 24:26) 모든 사람이 바른 대답을 내는 자의 입술에 입을 맞추리라. Every man shall kiss his lips that giveth a right answer.

 

(잠 16:1) 사람이 마음으로 예비하는 것과 혀로 대답하는 것은 {주}로부터 오느니라. The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD.

 

(시 119:42-43) 그리하시면 내가 나를 모욕하는 자에게 그것으로 대답하리니 나는 주의 말씀을 신뢰하나이다. / 내가 주의 판단들에 소망을 두었사오니 진리의 말씀을 내 입에서 아주 빼내지 마소서. So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me： for I trust in thy word. / And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.

 

(눅 21:14-15) 그러므로 너희가 대답할 것을 미리 궁리하지 않으리라고 마음속에 정하라. / 너희의 모든 대적들이 능히 반박하거나 대항하지 못할 입과 지혜를 내가 너희에게 주리라. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer：/ For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

 

(눅 12:12) 너희가 마땅히 할 말을 [성령님]께서 바로 그 시각에 너희에게 가르치시리라, 하시니라. For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.

 

(딤후 2:25) 스스로 반대하는 자들을 온유함으로 일깨워 주어야 하리라. 혹시 [하나님]께서 그들에게 회개를 허락하사 진리를 인정하게 하시리니 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

 

(딛 3:2) 아무도 비방하지 말며 말다툼하는 자가 되지 말며 오직 부드러우며 모든 사람에게 온전히 온유함을 보이게 하라. To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.

 

(약 1:21) 그러므로 모든 더러움과 넘치는 악을 내버리고 접붙여진 말씀 곧 능히 너희 혼을 구원할 수 있는 말씀을 온유함으로 받으라. Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

 

(전 12:10) 선포자는 애를 써서 받아들일 만한 말씀들을 찾았는데 여기 기록된 것은 올바른 것이요 곧 진리의 말씀들이로다. The preacher sought to find out acceptable words： and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.

 

(고전 2:13) 또한 우리가 그것들을 말하되 사람의 지혜가 가르치는 말로 하지 아니하고 [성령님]께서 가르치시는 말로 하나니 곧 영적인 것들은 영적인 것으로 비교하느니라. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
