성경이 주는 복들
(시 119:63) 저는 당신을 두려워하는fear 자들 모두와 당신의 훈계들precepts을 지키는keep 자들의 동무companion컴패니언이니이다.
(잠 13:20) 지혜로운 사람들과 함께 걷는 자He that walketh with wise men는 지혜로우리라shall be wise 하지만 어리석은 사람들의 동무a companion of fools는 망하리라shall be destroyed.
(시 26:1/4-5) 오 주LORD여 저를 판단하소서Judge me. 이는 제가 저의 순결함 가운데in mine integrity 걸어왔고have walked 또한 제가 주LORD를 신뢰해왔기have trusted때문이니이다. 그러므로 제가 미끄러지지 아니하리이다shall not slide. / 4 저는 허탄한 사람들과with vain persons 함께 앉은 적이 없사옵나이다have not sat. 또한 저는 위선자들dissemblers과 함께 하지도go in with 아니하겠나이다neither will. / 5 저는 악을 행하는 자들evil doers의 회중congregation을 미워해왔나이다have hated, 그리고 사악한 자들과 함께with the wicked 앉지 아니하겠나이다will not sit.
(잠 1:4-6) 어리석은 자에게to the simple 슬기subtilty를, 어린 사람에게to the young man 지식과 분별knowledge and discretion을 주기 위한To give 것이니라. / 5 지혜로운 사람A wise man은 듣고will hear 학식learning을 늘릴 것이고will increase 지각있는 사람a man of understanding은 지혜로운 생각들을 얻으리라shall attain unto wise counsels. / 6 잠언proverb과 그 해석the interpretation 그리고 지혜로운 자들의 말들the words of the wise과 그들의 어려운 말들their dark sayings을 깨닫게 되리라To understand.
(시 119:66) 저는 당신의 명령들commandments을 믿어왔나이다have believed 그러니 제게 좋은 판단과 지식을 가르치소서Teach me good judgment and knowledge.
(시 119:97-98) 오 제가 당신의 법을 얼마나 사랑하는지요O how I love thy law! 그것이 종일토록 저의 묵상이니이다it is my meditation all the day. / 98 당신께서는 당신의 명령들을 통해 저를 제 원수들보다 더 지혜롭게 만들어 주셨나이다Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies 이는 그것들이 저와 함께 하기 때문이니이다for they are ever with me.
(왕상 3:9-10) 그러므로therefore 제가 선과 악을 분별해서that I may discern between good and bad 당신의 백성을 재판할 수 있도록to judge thy people 당신의 종thy servant에게 분별 있는 마음an understanding heart을 주소서Give. 누가 이같이 큰 당신의 백성을 능히 재판할 수 있사오리이까who is able to judge this thy so great a people? / 10 그리고 솔로몬Solomon이 이것을 구하였으니 그 말the speech이 주께 기쁨을 드렸더라pleased the LORD.
(왕상 3:28) 이에And 온 이스라엘all Israel이 왕이 판결한 그 재판에 관하여 듣고heard of the judgment which the king had judged 그들이 왕을 두려워하였더라feared. 이는for 공의를 행하기 위한to do judgment 하나님의 지혜the wisdom of God가 그에게 있음을was in him 그들이 보았기saw 때문이더라.
(약 1:5) 너희 중의 어느 누가 지혜가 부족하면If any of you lack wisdom위즈덤 그let him는 모든 사람에게 넉넉히 주시고giveth to all men liberally 꾸짖지 아니하시는upbraideth not 하나님께 구하라ask of God. 그리하면 그것이 그에게 주어지리라and it shall be given him.
(시 119:133-134) 당신의 말씀안에서in thy word 제 발걸음들을 정하소서Order my steps. 그리고 어떤 불법도 저를 지배하지 못하게 하소서let not any iniquity have dominion over me. / 134 저를 사람의 억압으로부터 건지소서Deliver me from the oppression of man 그리하시면 제가 당신의 훈계들을 지키겠나이다will keep thy precepts.
(벧후 2:15-16) 그들Which은 바른 길the right way을 버렸고have forsaken 길을 잃어are gone astray 보솔의 아들 발람의 길을 따르고 있도다following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor. 발람who은 불의의 대가를 사랑했더라loved the wages of unrighteousness. / 16 그러나But 자기의 불법으로 인해 책망 받았는데was rebuked for his iniquity 사람의 목소리로 말한speaking with man's voice 그 말 못하는 나귀the dumb ass speaking with man's voice가 그 선지자의 미친 짓을 막았느니라forbad the madness of the prophet.

(벧후 2:1-2) 그러나But 그 백성 가운데 거짓 선지자들이 있었던 것같이there were false prophets also among the people, even as 너희 가운데도 거짓 교사들이 있을 것이요there shall be false teachers among you 그들who은 저주 받을 이단 교리들을 몰래 가지고 들어와privily shall bring in damnable heresies 심지어 자기들을 사신 주를 부인하기까지 하고even denying the Lord that bought them 자신들 위에 신속한 파멸을 가져오리라bring upon themselves swift destruction. / 2 그리고And 그들의 악독한 길들을 따르는 자들이 많을 것이고many shall follow their pernicious ways 그들로 인하여by reason of whom 진리의 길이 비방을 받게 되리라the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.
(시 32:8) 내I가 너를 지도하고instruct 네가 가야 할 길로in the way which thou shalt go 너를 가르치겠노라will teach thee. 내가 내 눈으로 너를 인도하겠노라will guide.
(시 17:5) 당신의 행로들 안에서in thy paths 제가 가는 것을 떠받쳐 주사 제 발걸음이 미끄러지지 아니하게that my footsteps slip not 하소서.
(시 121:3-8) 그He분께서는 네 발이 흔들리는 것thy foot to be moved을 허용치 아니하시리로다will not suffer. 너를 지키시는 그he that keepeth thee분은 졸지 아니하시리로다will not slumber. / 4 보라Behold, 이스라엘을 지키시는 그he that keepeth Israel분은 졸지도 아니하시고 또 주무시지도 아니하시리로다shall neither slumber nor sleep. / 5 주는 너를 지키시는 분이시요The LORD is thy keeper. 주께서는 네 오른쪽에 있는 네 그늘이시느니라the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. / 6 해The sun가 낮에by day, 또 달도 밤에nor the moon by night 너를 치지 못하리로다shall not smite thee. / 7 주께서 모든 악으로부터 너를 보존하시리라The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil. 그분께서 네 혼을 보존하시리라he shall preserve thy soul. / 8 주The LORD께서 너의 나가고 들어오는 것thy going out and thy coming in을 지금부터 앞으로from this time forth 심지어 영원토록even for evermore 보존하시리라shall preserve.
(시 37:23-24) 선한 사람의 발걸음들The steps of a good man은 주님에 의해 정해져있도다are ordered by the LORD. 그리고 그분he께서는 당신의 길his way을 기뻐하시는도다. / 24 그가 넘어질지라도Though he fall 그는 완전히utterly 내던져지지는cast down 않을것이니라, 이는 주the LORD께서 당신의 손으로with his hand 그를 떠받쳐주시기upholdeth때문이니라.
(삼상 2:9) 그He분께서 자신의 성도들의 발the feet of his saints을 지키실 것이요will keep 사악한 자들the wicked은 어둠 속에서 잠잠하게 되리니shall be silent in darkness 이는for 힘으로는by strength 그 어떤 사람도 이기지 못하기shall no man prevail때문이로다.
(약 1:25) 그러나 완전한, 자유의 법the perfect law of liberty을 들여다보고looketh into 그 안에서 계속하는continueth therein 자는 누구라도 다whoso 그he는 듣고 잊어버리는 자가 아니라being not a forgetful hearer, but 그 일을 행하는 자a doer of the work니 이 사람은 자기의 행위안에서 복이 있으리라this man shall be blessed in his deed.
(요 8:31-34) 그때에 예수님께서 그분을 믿은 유대인들에게 말씀하셨더라, “만일 너희가 내 말 안에서 계속하면If ye continue in my word 그때 너희는 진정한 내 제자이니라then are ye my disciples indeed. / 32 그리고 너희는 진리를 알 것이고ye shall know the truth, and 그 진리the truth가 너희를 해방시켜주리라shall make you free.” / 33 ¶ 그들이 그분께 대답했더라, “우리는 아브라함의 씨Abraham's seed로서 결코 어떤 사람에게도 속박된 적이 없었는데were never in bondage to any man, 당신은 어찌하여 ‘너희가 해방되리라Ye shall be made free’ 말하는가?” / 34 예수Jesus님께서 그들에게 답하셨더라, “진실로, 진실로, 내가 너희에게 말하노니, ‘죄를 범하는 자는 누구든지 다Whosoever committeth sin 죄의 종이라is the servant of sin.”
(벧후 2:19) 그들이 저들에게 자유를 약속하지만While they promise them liberty 그들 자신들은 부패의 종들the servants of corruption이니라, 이는 사람이 누구에게 정복되면 그는 바로 그 사람에게 속박되기 때문이라for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.
(요 8:34) 예수Jesus님께서 그들에게 답하셨더라answered them, “진실로, 진실로, 내가 너희에게 말하노니, ‘죄를 범하는 자는 누구든지 다Whosoever committeth sin 죄의 종이라is the servant of sin’”.
(롬 6:17-18) 그러나But 하나님께 감사하리로다God be thanked. 너희가 죄의 종들이었으나ye were the servants of sin, but 너희에게 전달된 그 교리의 틀that form of doctrine에 너희가 마음으로부터 순종하였느니라ye have obeyed from the heart. / 18 그때 죄로부터 해방된 너희Being then made free from sin, ye는 의의 종들the servants of righteousness이 되었느니라became.
