(요 14:6) 예수Jesus님께서 그에게 말씀하시더라saith unto him, “나는 길이요 진리요 생명이니라I am the way, the truth, and the life. 나를 통하지 않고는but by me 그 어느 누구도 아버지께로 가지 못하느니라no man cometh unto the Father.”

(마 7:13-14) ¶ 너희는 좁은 문으로 들어가라Enter ye in at the strait gate. 이는for 멸망으로 인도하는 문은 넓고 그 길이 넓어wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and 거기로 들어가는 자가 다수이기many there be which go in thereat 때문이라. / 14 생명으로 인도하는 문은 좁고 그 길이 좁아 그것을 찾는 자가 소수이기 때문이라Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

(벧후 2:1-2) 그러나But 그 백성 가운데도 거짓 선지자들이 있었던 것같이there were false prophets also among the people, even as 너희 가운데 거짓 교사들이 있으리라there shall be false teachers among you 그리고 그들who은 저주 받을 이론(異論)들을 몰래 들여와privily shall bring in damnable heresies 자기들을 산 주를 부인하기까지 하고even denying the Lord that bought them 자신들에게 신속한 파멸을 가져오리라bring upon themselves swift destruction. / 2 그리고And 다수many가 그들의 악독한 길들을 따르리라shall follow their pernicious ways 그리고 그들로 인하여by reason of whom 진리의 길the way of truth이 비방을 받게 되리라shall be evil spoken of.

(마 21:32) 이는For 요한John이 의의 길안에서 너희에게 왔는데도came unto you in the way of righteousness, and 너희가 그를 믿지 아니하였기ye believed him not 때문이라. 그러나but 세리들과 창녀들은 그를 믿었느니라the publicans and the harlots believed him. 그리고 너희and ye는 너희가 그것을 보고도when ye had seen it 너희가 그를 믿기위해that ye might believe him 그 뒤에 뜻을 돌이키지 아니하였느니라repented not afterward.
(행 18:25-26) 이 사람This man은 주의 길안에서in the way of the Lord 가르침을 받았더라was instructed. 그런데and 영안에서 열정적인 그being fervent in the spirit, he가 주의 일들을 부지런히 말하고 가르쳤지만 요한의 침례만 알고 있었더라spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John. / 26 그리고And 그가 회당에서 담대히 말하기 시작하였더라he began to speak boldly in the synagogue. 아굴라와 브리스길라가 그를 들었을때whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard 그들이 그를 자기들에게로 데려다가they took him unto them, and 그에게unto him 하나님의 길the way of God을 더 완전하게more perfectly 풀어 주었더라expounded.

(사 55:6-7) ¶ 너희는 주 그분을 찾을 수 있을때ye the LORD while he may be found 찾으라Seek. 그분께서 가까이 계실 때에while he is near 너희는 그분을 부르라call ye upon him. / 7 사악한 자는 자기 길을 그리고 불의한 사람은 자기 생각들을 버리게 하라Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts 그리고and 그를 주 곧 우리 하나님께 돌아오게 하라let him return unto the LORD and to our God. 그리하면 그분께서 그에게 긍휼을 가지시리라and he will have mercy upon him. 이는 그분께서 넘치게 용서하실 것이기 때문이라for he will abundantly pardon.

(잠 15:8-9) 사악한 자의 희생물The sacrifice of the wicked은 주께 가증한 것이니라is an abomination to the LORD 하지만but 곧바른 자의 기도the prayer of the upright는 그분의 기쁨이니라is his delight. / 9 사악한 자의 길The way of the wicked은 주께 가증한 것이니라is an abomination unto the LORD 하지만but 그he분께서는 의를 따라가는 자him that followeth after righteousness를 사랑하시느니라loveth.
