본보기로 삼아라
(롬 15:4) 이는For 전에 기록된 것들은 무엇이든지 다whatsoever things were written aforetime 인내와 기록들의 위로를 통해 우리가 소망을 갖도록that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope 우리의 배움을 위해 기록되었기were written for our learning 때문이라
(딤후 3:16-17) 모든 기록All scripture은 하나님이 숨을 넣어by inspiration of God 주어져 있느니라is given 그리고and 교리를 위해for doctrine, 책망을 위해for reproof, 교정을 위해for correction, 의안에서의 교육을 위해for instruction in righteousness 유익하니라is profitable / 17 이것은 하나님의 사람이 모든 선한 일들을 위해 철저히 갖추어져 완전해지기위함이니라That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

(딤후 4:9-11) 너는 힘써 속히 내게 오라Do thy diligence to come shortly unto me. / 10 이는For 현재의 이 세상을 사랑한having loved this present world 데마는 나를 버리고Demas hath forsaken me, and 데살로니가로unto Thessalonica, 그레스겐은 갈라디아로Crescens to Galatia, 디도는 달마디아로Titus unto Dalmatia 떠났기is departed 때문이라 / 11 누가만 나와 함께 있느니라Only Luke is with me. 마가를 취해 그를 너와 함께 데리고 오라Take Mark, and bring him with thee 그가 사역을 위해 내게 유익하기 때문이라for he is profitable to me for the ministry.

(요일 2:15) 세상을 또한 세상안에 있는 것들을 사랑하지 말라Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. 만일 어떤 사람이 세상을 사랑하면If any man love the world, 아버지의 사랑이 그자안에 있지 아니하느니라the love of the Father is not in him.
(약 4:4) 너희 간음남들과 간음녀들Ye adulterers and adulteresses아, 세상과의 친교가 하나님께 대립임that the friendship of the world is enmity with God을 너희가 알지 못하느냐know ye not? 그러므로therefore 세상의 친구가 되고자 하는 자는 누구든지 다 하나님의 원수이니라whosoever will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
(출 20:14) 너Thou는 간음adultery을 범하지 말지니라shalt not commit.

(삼하 12:15/18) ¶ 그리고And 나단Nathan이 자기 집으로 떠났더라departed unto his house. 그리고And 주the LORD께서 우리야의 아내가 다윗에게 낳은 아이를 치시매struck the child that Uriah’s wife bare unto David, and 그가 몹시 앓았더라it was very sick. / 18 그리고And 일곱째 날에on the seventh day 그 아이가 죽게 되었더라it came to pass that the child died ~~~

(민 25:1-3/9) 그리고And 이스라엘Israel이 시팀에 머무르며 그 백성이 모압의 딸들과 행음하기 시작했더라abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab. / 2 그리고And 그들이 자기들의 신들의 희생물들로 그 백성을 부르매they called the people unto the sacrifices of their gods: and 그 백성이 먹고 그들의 신들에게 절하였더라the people did eat, and bowed down to their gods. / 3 그리고And 이스라엘이 바알브올에게 자기 자신을 연합하였더라Israel joined himself unto Baal-peor 그리하여and 주의 분노가 이스라엘을 대적해 타올랐더라the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel. / 9 그리고And 그 재앙으로 죽은 자들those that died in the plague이 이만 사천이었더라were twenty and four thousand.
(고전 10:8) 또한 그들 중의 일부가 범하여 이만 삼천 명이 하루에in one day 쓰러졌던것과는 달리 음행을 범하지 말자.
(출 32:4/6) 그리고And 그가 그들의 손에서 그것들을 받아he received them at their hand, and 그것으로 그가 주조된 송아지를 만든후에after he had made it a molten calf 새기는 도구로 그것을 형상화하였더라fashioned it with a graving tool 그리고and 그들이 말했더라they said, ‘오 이스라엘O Israel아, 이것들These은 너를 이집트 땅에서 데리고 올라온which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt 네 신들이니라be thy gods.’ / 6 그리고And 다음 날에on the morrow 그들이 일찍 일어나 번제 헌물들을 드렸고 화평 헌물들을 가져왔더라they rose up early and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings 그리고and 그 백성이 앉아서 먹고 마시며 일어나서 뛰놀았더라the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play.
(고전 10:7) 또한 너희는 ‘그 백성이 앉아서 먹고 마시며 일어나서 뛰놀았더라’고 기록되어있는것처럼 그들 중의 일부와는 달리 우상 숭배자들idolaters이 되지 말라.
(왕상 3:3) 그리고And 솔로몬Solomon은 주를 사랑했으며loved the LORD 자기 아버지 다윗의 법규들 안에서in the statutes of David his father 걸었더라walking ~~~
(왕상 11:1-4/6/9) 그러나But 솔로몬 왕king Solomon이 파라오의 딸을 포함해together with the daughter of Pharaoh 많은 이방 여인들을 사랑하였으니loved many strange women 모압 족속, 암몬 족속, 에돔 족속, 시돈 족속 그리고 헷 족속의 여인들women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites이었더라. / 2 그 민족들에 관하여 주께서 이스라엘 자녀들에게 말씀하셨더라Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israe, “너희는 그들에게 들어가지 말지니라Ye shall not go in to them 또한 그들도 너희에게로 들어오지 말지니라neither shall they come in unto you. 이는for 그들they이 자기들의 신들을 따르도록after their gods 너희의 마음을 돌이킬것이will turn away your heart 분명하기surely 때문이니라 ~~~.” / 3 ~~~ 그의 아내들his wives이 그의 마음을 돌이켰더라turned away his heart. / 4 이는For 솔로몬이 늙었을 때에when Solomon was old 그의 아내들이 다른 신들을 따르도록 그의 마음을 돌이키게 되었기it came to pass that his wives turned away his heart after other gods 때문이었더라 ~~~ / 6 그리고And 솔로몬Solomon이 주의 눈앞에서in the sight of the LORD 악을 행하며did evil, and 자기 아버지 다윗과는 달리as did David his father 완전하게 주를 따라 가지 아니하였더라went not fully after the LORD. / 9 ¶ 그리고And 그의 마음이 주 이스라엘의 하나님으로부터 돌아섰기 때문에because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel 주께서 솔로몬에게 분노하셨더라the LORD was angry with Solomon ~~~
(출 20:3) 너는 내 앞에서 다른 신들을 갖지 말지니라Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
(약 1:8) 두 마음을 가진 사람A double minded man은 자기의 모든 길에서in all his ways 안정이 없느니라is unstable.
(민 21:4-6) ¶ 그리고And 그들they이 에돔 땅을 우회하기위해to compass the land of Edom 호르 산에서 홍해 길로 이동하였더라journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea 그래서and 그 길로 인해 백성의 혼이 심히 낙담하였더라the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way / 5 그리하여And 백성이 하나님을 대적해 그리고 모세를 대적해 말했더라the people spake against God, and against Moses, ‘어찌하여 당신들이 우리를 이집트에서 데리고 올라와 광야에서 죽게 하는가Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? 빵이 없고 또한 물도 없기때문이도다for there is no bread, neither is there any water. 그리고and 우리 혼이 이런 푸석푸석한 빵을 싫어하노라our soul loatheth this light bread.’ / 6 그러자And 주the LORD께서 사나운 뱀들을 백성 가운데로 보내셨더라sent fiery serpents among the people 그리하여and 그것들이 백성을 물었고 이스라엘의 많은 사람이 죽었더라they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
(고전 10:9) 또한 그들 중의 일부 역시 시험하다가 뱀들에게 멸망당했던것과는 달리그리스도Christ를 시험하지 말자.
(출 17:3) 그리고And 거기서 백성이 물로인해 목말랐더라the people thirsted there for water 그래서and 백성이 모세를 대적해 불평하여 말했더라the people murmured against Moses, and said, ‘어찌하여 당신이 이처럼 우리를 이집트에서 데리고 올라와 우리와 우리 자녀들 그리고 우리 가축이 목말라 죽게 하느냐Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?’
(고전 10:10) 또한 그들 중의 일부 역시 불평하다가 파멸자에게 멸망당했던것과는 달리 너희는 불평하지 말라.
(고전 10:5-6) 그러나But 하나님God께서는 그들 중의 다수에게with many of them 매우 기뻐하지 아니하셨느니라was not well pleased 그래서 그들이 광야에서 쓰러졌느니라for they were overthrown in the wilderness. / 6 이제 이 일들these things은 그들 역시 욕망한 것과는 달리 우리가 악한 것들을 따라 욕망하지 않도록 하기위해to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted 우리의 본보기들이었느니라were our examples.
(고전 10:11) 이제Now 이 모든 일들all these things은 그들에게 본보기들로 일어났으며happened unto them for ensamples: and 그것들they은 세상의 끝들이 와있는 우리의 훈계를 위해for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come 기록되어 있느니라are written.
(민 11:1) 그리고 백성이 불평했을 때And when the people complained, 그것이 주를 불쾌하게 하였더라it displeased the LORD: 그리고and 주께서 그것을 들으셨고 그분의 분노가 타올랐더라the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; 그리고 주의 불이 그들 가운데서 타올라 진영의 맨 끝 부분들에 있던 자들을 소멸하였더라and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
(약 5:9) 형제들brethren아, 너희가 정죄받지 않도록lest ye be condemned 서로를 대적해 불평하지 말라Grudge not one against another. 주목하라behold, 심판자께서 문 앞에 서 계시느니라the judge standeth before the door.
(빌 2:14) 모든 일들을 불평들과 다툼들 없이 행하라Do all things without murmurings and disputings
(마 26:74) 그때에Then 그he는 나는 그 사람을 알지 못하노라I know not the man고 말하면서saying 저주하고 맹세하기 시작했더라began to curse and to swear ~~~
(엡 4:25) 그러므로Wherefore 거짓말을 치우고putting away lying 각 사람이 자기 이웃과 더불어 진리를 말하라speak every man truth with his neighbour. 이는for 우리가 서로 지체들이기we are members one of another 때문이니라.
(골 3:9-10) 서로에게 거짓말하지 말라Lie not one to another 너희는 그의 행위들과 함께 옛 사람을 벗었기 때문이라seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds / 10 그리고And 새 사람을 입었느니라have put on the new man 그것which은 그를 창조하신 그분의 형상을 따라 지식에서 새로워졌느니라is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him.
(약 3:14) ~~~ 진리를 거슬러 거짓말하지 말라lie not against the truth.
(살전 1:6-8) 그리고And 너희ye는 많은 고난중에서 성령님의 기쁨으로 말씀을 받아들여having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost 우리를 그리고 주를 따르는 자들이 되었도다became followers of us, and of the Lord / 7 그리하여 너희가 마케도니아와 아가야에서 믿은 모두에게 본보기들이 었느니라ye were ensamples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia. / 8 이는For 주의 말씀이 너희로부터 마케도니아와 아가야에 울려 퍼졌을 뿐 아니라 하나님을 향한 너희의 믿음이 도처에 널리 퍼졌기 때문이라from you sounded out the word of the Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith to God-ward is spread abroad. ~~~
