(창 12:2-3) ~~~ 내I가 네게 복주고 네 이름을 크게 만들겠노라will bless thee, and make thy name great 그리하여and 네가 복이 되리라thou shalt be a blessing / 3 그리고And 나I는 너를 축복하는 자들에게는 복을 주고 너를 저주하는 자에게는 저주를 주겠노라will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee 그리고and 네안에서in thee 땅의 모든 가족들이 복받으리라shall all families of the earth be blessed.

(렘 17:7) 주를 신뢰하며 주가 자기의 소망인that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is 사람은 복이 있도다Blessed is the man.
(시 34:8) 오 주께서 선하신 것을 맛보고 알라O taste and see that the LORD is good. 그분을 신뢰하는 사람은 복이 있도다blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

(수 1:8) 이 율법 책This book of the law이 네 입에서 떠나지 말지니라shall not depart out of thy mouth 오히려but 너는 밤낮으로 그것안에서 묵상하여thou shalt meditate therein day and night 너는 그것안에 기록된 모든 것에 따라 지켜 행하라that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein. 이는for 그리하여야then 네가 네 길을 형통하게 만들고thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and 그리하여야 네가 크게 성공할 것이기then thou shalt have good success 때문이라.
(신 28:1-2) 그리고And 네가 주 네 하나님의 음성에 부지런히 귀기울이고 내가 이 날 네게 명령하는 그분의 모든 명령들을 지켜 행하면if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day 주 네 하나님께서 땅의 모든 민족들 위로 너를 높이 세우시는 일that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth이 일어나리라it shall come to pass. / 2 그리고And 네가 주 네 하나님의 음성에 귀기울이면if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God 이 모든 복들이 네게 와서 너를 덮치리라all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee
(신 7:12-13/15) ¶ 그런즉Wherefore 너희가 이 판단들에 귀기울여 그것들을 지키고 행하면if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them 주 네 하나님께서는 그분이 네 아버지들에게 맹세하신 언약과 긍휼을 지키시는 일that the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers이 일어나리라it shall come to pass. / 13 그리고And 그분께서 너를 사랑하시고 네게 복을 주시며 너를 번성케 하시리라he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee 또 그분께서는 네게 주리라고 그분이 네 아버지들에게 맹세하신 그 땅에서 네 태의 열매 그리고 네 땅의 열매와 네 곡식과 네 와인 그리고 네 기름, 네 암소의 번식과 네 양 떼에도 복을 주시리라he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee / 15 그리고And 주께서 모든 병을 네게서 제거하사 네가 알고 있는 이집트의 악한 질병들 중 어떤 것도 네게 두지 아니하시리라 오히려 너를 미워하는 자들 모두에게 그것들을 두시리라the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.

(대상 29:12) 재물과 명예 둘 다 당신에게서 오나이다Both riches and honour come of thee 또and 당신께서는 모든 것을 통치하시나이다thou reignest over all. 그리고and 권능과 능력이 당신 손안에 있나이다in thine hand is power and might 또and 크게 만드심과 모두에게 기력을 주심이 당신의 손안에 있나이다in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.

(시 94:12) 오 주O LORD여, 당신께서 징계하시며 당신의 법으로 그를 가르치시는 사람the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law은 복이 있나이다Blessed is
(약 1:12) 시련을 견디는 자는 복이 있도다Blessed is the man that endureth temptation 이는 그가 단련받은 뒤에 주께서 자기를 사랑하는 자들에게 약속하신 생명의 관을 받을 것이기for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him 때문이라.
(시 41:1) 가난한 자를 배려하는 자는 복이 있도다Blessed is he that considereth the poor 주께서 고난의 때에 있는 그를 건지시리로다the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.
(눅 14:13-14) 그러나But 네가 잔치를 베풀거든when thou makest a feast 가난한 자들, 불구자들, 다리 저는 자들, 눈먼 자들을 부르라call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind / 14 그리하면And 네게 복이 있으리라thou shalt be blessed ~~~
(사 30:18) ~~~ 주는 공의의 하나님이시니for the LORD is a God of judgment 그분을 기다리는 자들 모두가 복받으리도다blessed are all they that wait for him.
