우상 & 우상 숭배

 

(출 20:3-5) 너는 내 앞에 다른 신들을 갖지 말라Thou shalt have no other gods before me. / 4 너는 너를 위해 어떤 새긴 형상도 또한 위로 하늘에 있거나 아래로 땅에 있거나 땅 아래 물 속에 있는 것의 어떤 모양도 만들지 말라Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: / 5 너는 그것들에게 네 자신을 굽히지도 말고 그것들을 섬기지도 말라Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: 이는 나 주 너의 하나님은 진노의 신으로for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, 나를 미워하는 자들의 삼사 대까지 그 아버지들의 불법을 그 자녀들에게 벌하기 때문이라visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

 

(행 7:41) 그리고And 그 무렵에in those days 그들they은 송아지를 만들었고made a calf and 그 우상에게 희생물을 바쳤으며offered sacrifice unto the idol, and 자기들 자신의 손으로 만든 가공물들을 기뻐하였더라rejoiced in the works of their own hands.

 

(겔 14:3) 사람의 아들Son of man아, 이 사람들이 자기들의 우상들을 자기들의 마음속에 세우고 자기들의 불법의 걸림돌을 자기들의 얼굴 앞에 두었도다these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before their face ~~~

(골 3:5) ~~~ 우상 숭배인 탐욕covetousness, which is idolatry을 죽이라Mortify ~~~

 

(마 6:24) ¶ 아무도 두 주인을 섬길 수 없느니라No man can serve two masters ~~~ 너희는 하나님과 맘몬을 동시에 섬길 수는 없느니라Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

(롬 1:21-23) 그들이 하나님을 알고 있었음에도 불구하고when they knew God 그들이 그분을 하나님으로서 영화롭게 하지도 아니하고 감사하지도 아니하며 오히려 자기들의 상상들 속에서 허망해지고 그들의 어리석은 마음이 어두워졌나니they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened / 22 그들은 자기들 자신들이 지혜롭다고 공언하나 바보들이 되었도다Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, / 23 그리하여And 썩지 아니할 하나님의 영광을 썩을 사람이나 새들과 네 발 달린 짐승들과 기어 다니는 것들과 같은 형상으로 바꾸었느니라changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

(민 21:8-9) ~~~　주께서 모세에게 말씀하셨더라the LORD said unto Moses, 너를 위해 사나운 뱀을 만들라 그리고 장대 위에 그것을 고정하라. 그러면 물린 자마다 그가 그것을 쳐다보면 살게 되리라Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. / 9 ~~~ 모세가 놋으로 뱀을 만들어Moses made a serpent of brass, and 그것을 장대에 두자put it upon a pole, and 뱀이 어떤 사람을 물었을 때 그가 그 놋으로 만든 뱀을 쳐다보면 그가 살게 되었더라it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

 

(왕하 18:4) ¶ 그가 산당들을 제거하고 형상들을 깨뜨리며 작은 숲들을 베어 내고He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and 모세가 만든 그 놋 뱀을 산산조각 내었으니brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses had made 이는 그때까지 이스라엘 자녀들이 그것에 분향하였기 때문이었더라for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it. 그리고and 그는 그것을 느후스탄이라 불렀더라he called it Nehushtan.

(마 22:21) 그들이 그분께 말하더라They say unto him, ‘카이사르의 것Cæsar’s이니이다.’ 그러자Then 그분께서 그들에게 말씀하시더라saith he unto them, “그런즉therefore 카이사르의 것인 것들은 카이사르에게unto Cæsar the things which are Cæsar’s 그리고and 하나님의 것인 것들은 하나님께unto God the things that are God’s 바치라Render.”

★ (창 1:27) ~~~ 하나님께서는 사람을 자기 자신의 형상으로 창조하셨느니라God created man in his own image ~~~

(시 115:4-8) 그들의 우상들Their idols은 은과 금이요are silver and gold, 사람들의 손에서 나온 가공물the work of men's hands이라. / 5 그것들은 입이 있도다They have mouths 하지만but 그것들은 말하지 못하느니라they speak not. 그것들은 눈이 있도다eyes have they 하지만but 그것들은 보지 못하느니라they see not. / 6 그것들은 귀가 있도다They have ears 하지만but 그것들은 듣지 못하느니라they hear not. 그것들은 코가 있도다noses have they 하지만but 그것들은 냄새 맡지 못하느니라they smell not. / 7 그것들은 손이 있도다They have hands 하지만but 그것들은 사용하지 못하느니라they handle not. 그것들은 발이 있도다feet have they 하지만but 그것들은 걷지 못하느니라they walk not. 그것들은 자기들의 목구멍으로 말도 하지 못하느니라neither speak they through their throat. / 8 그것들을 만드는 자들They that make them은 그것들과 같으니라are like unto them. 그것들을 신뢰하는 모든 자도 다 그러하느니라so is every one that trusteth in them.

(골 3:5) 그러므로therefore 땅에 있는 너희의 지체들을 죽이라Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; 그것들은 음행과 부정함과 무절제한 애정과 악한 욕정과 우상 숭배인 탐욕이라fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

 

(엡 5:5) ~~~ 우상 숭배자인 탐욕을 부리는 사람covetous man, who is an idolater은 그리스도의 곧 하나님의 왕국에서in the kingdom of Christ and of God 어떤 상속도 갖지hath any inheritance 못하느니라nor.

 

(히 13:5) “너희의 행실을 탐욕이 없게 하라Let your conversation be without covetousness 그리고and 너희가 가진 그런 것들로 만족하라be content with such things as ye have. ~~~ 나I는 결코 너를 떠나지 않고will never leave thee 또한 너를 버리지 않겠노라nor forsake thee”

 

(눅 12:15) ~~~ “탐욕을 주의하라 그리고 조심하라Take heed, and beware of covetousness ~~~”

 

(딤전 6:8/10) ~~~ 먹을 것과 입을 것이 있으면having food and raiment 그것으로 만족하자let us be therewith content. / 10 이는 돈을 사랑함이 모든 악의 뿌리이기 때문이라For the love of money is the root of all evil: ~~~

 

(요일 5:21) ~~~ 너희 자신들을 우상들로부터 지키라keep yourselves from idols. ~~~

 

(고전 10:14) ~~~ 우상숭배를 피하라flee from idolatry.

 

(레 19:4) 너희ye는 우상들에게로unto idols 돌아서지 마라Turn not, 또한 너희 자신들을 위해 주조된 신들을 만들지도 마라nor make to yourselves molten gods. 나는 주 너희 하나님이라I am the LORD your God.
