★ The Revelation of S. John the divine [책 제목]
(계 1:1-2) 하나님God께서 반드시 곧 일어나야 할which must shortly come to pass 일들things을 자기의 종들에게 보여주시기위해to shew unto his servants 그에게 주신which gave unto him 예수 그리스도에 대한 계시The Revelation of Jesus Christ라 그리고and 그he분께서는 자기의 천사를 통해by his angel 자기 종 요한에게unto his servant John 그것을 보내어 보여주셨더라sent and signified it / 2 그Who가 하나님의 말씀을 그리고 예수 그리스도의 증언을 그리고 그가 본 모든 것들of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw을 기록하였더라bare record.
(계 22:6) 그리고And 그he가 내게 말하였더라said unto me, ‘이 말씀들은 충실하고 참되도다These sayings are faithful and true. 그리고and 거룩한 대언자들의 주 하나님the Lord God of the holy prophets께서 자기 종들에게 반드시 곧 행해질 것들을 보이시려고to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done 자기의 천사를 보내셨도다sent his angel.’
(요 3:7) “너희는 반드시 다시 태어나야 하느니라Ye must be born again”라고 내가 네게 말했던 것that I said unto thee에 놀라지 말라Marvel not.
(행 16:30) ~~~ 구원받기위해to be saved 내가 무엇을 반드시 해야하리이까what must I do?
(행 16:31) ~~~ 주 예수 그리스도를 믿으라Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, 그리하면 네가 구원받으리라and thou shalt be saved ~~~
(히 11:6) 그러나But 믿음 없이without faith 그분을 기쁘게 하는 것to please him은 불가능하느니라it is impossible 이는for 하나님께 가는 자he that cometh to God는 그분이 계신다는 것that he is 그리고and 그분은 부지런히 자기를 찾는 자들에게 보상자이심that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him을 반드시must 믿어야 하느니라believe.
(요 14:6) 예수Jesus님께서 그에게 말씀하시더라saith unto him, “내가 길이요 진리요 생명이니라I am the way, the truth, and the life 나를 통하지 않고는but by me 아무도 아버지께 가지 못하느니라no man cometh unto the Father.”
(행 10:43) 그분에 대하여To him 모든 대언자들all the prophets이 ‘그분을 믿는 자는 누구든지 다whosoever believeth in him 그분의 이름을 통해through his name 죄들의 사면을 받으리라shall receive remission of sins’고 증언하느니라give witness.
(히 10:11) ~~~ 희생물들sacrifices ~~~ 그것들which은 결코 죄들을 제거할 수 없느니라can never take away sins
(요 4:24) 하나님은 영이시니God is a Spirit: and 그분께 경배하는 자들they that worship him은 반드시must 영안에서 그리고 진리안에서in spirit and in truth 그분께 경배해야하느니라worship him.

① 하나님은 영이시니 예배하는 자가 신령과 진정으로 예배할지니라(개역)
② 하나님은 영이시니 예배하는 자가 영과 진리로 예배할지니라(개정)
(요 3:14) ¶ 그리고And 모세가 광야에서 뱀을 들어 올린 것 같이as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness 사람의 아들the Son of man도 꼭 그렇게even so 반드시must 들어 올려져야 하리라be lifted up
(마 16:21) ¶ 그때부터 쭉From that time forth 예수Jesus님께서는 자기가 어떤식으로 반드시how that he must 예루살렘으로 가서go unto Jerusalem, and 원로들과 수석제사장들과 서기관들에게 많은 일들을 겪고suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and 죽임을 당하며 셋째 날 다시 일으켜져야 되는지be killed, and be raised again the third day를 자기 제자들에게 보이기 시작하셨더라began to shew unto his disciples.(막 8:31)(눅 9:22)(눅 24:7)
(행 17:3) 그리스도께서 반드시 꼭 고난을 겪고 죽은 자들로부터 다시 일어났어야 함that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead을 공표하고 주장하였더라Opening and alleging 그리고and 내가 너희에게 선포하는 이 예수님이 그리스도시라that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ 하더라.
(벧후 1:14) ~~~ 내가 머잖아 반드시 나의 이 장막을 벗어야 한다shortly I must put off this my tabernacle ~~~
(고전 15:53) 이는For 이 썩을 것이 반드시 썩지 아니함을 입고this corruptible must put on incorruption, and 이 죽을 것이 반드시 죽지 아니함을 입어야하기this mortal must put on immortality 때문이라.
(고후 5:10) 이는For 우리가 다 반드시 그리스도의 심판석 앞에 나타나야 하기 때문이라we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ 이것은 각 자가 다every one 자기 몸안에서 행해진 것들the things done in his body을 그것이 좋은 것이든 나쁜 것이든간에whether it be good or bad 자기가 행해온 대로according to that he hath done 받기위함이라may receive.
(눅 24:44) ~~~ 모세의 법에in the law of Moses 그리고and 대언자서들에in the prophets 그리고and 시편에in the psalms 나에 관하여concerning me 기록된 모든 것들all things ~~~, which were written은 반드시must 성취되어야be fulfilled 하리라 ~~~
(행 23:11) 그리고And 그 날 밤에the night following 주the Lord께서 그의 곁에 서서 말씀하셨더라stood by him, and said, “바울Paul아, 기운을 크게 내라Be of good cheer. 이는for 네가 예루살렘에서 나에 대해 증언해 왔듯이as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem 너는 로마에서도 그렇게 반드시 증언하여야 하리라so must thou bear witness also at Rome.”
(행 27:24) ~~~ 바울Paul아, 두려워하지 말라Fear not. 너느 반드시 카이사르 앞에 데려가져야 하느니라thou must be brought before Caesar. 그리고and 보라lo, 하나님께서 너와 함께 항해하는 자들 모두를 네게 주셨느니라God hath given thee all them that sail with thee ~~~
(고전 11:19) 이는For 인정받는 자들이 너희 가운데서 밝히 드러나도록that they which are approved may be made manifest among you 너희 가운데 반드시 이단들도 있어야 하기there must be also heresies among you 때문이라.
(요 6:35) 그리고And 예수님Jesus께서 그들에게 말씀하셨더라said unto them, “나는 생명의 빵이니라I am the bread of life 내게 오는 자he that cometh to me는 결코 주리지 아니하리라shall never hunger 그리고and 나를 믿는 자he that believeth on me는 결코 목마르지 아니하리라shall never thirst.
(마 26:33) 베드로Peter가 그분께unto him 답하여 말씀드렸더라answered and said, ‘모든 사람이 당신으로 인하여 실족할지라도Though all men shall be offended because of thee 그럼에도yet 저는 결코 실족하지 않겠나이다will I never be offended.’
(마 5:18) 진실로verily 내가 너희에게 말하노라I say unto you. “하늘과 땅이 사라지기 전에는Till heaven and earth pass 법에서 일 점 일 획도 결코 사라지지 아니하고one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law 마침내 다 성취되기 때문이라till all be fulfilled.”
(막 13:31) 하늘과 땅은 사라져 없어지리라Heaven and earth shall pass away： 그러나but 내 말들은 사라져 없어지지 아니하리라my words shall not pass away. → (눅 21:33)(마 24:35)
(벧전 1:24-25) 이는For 모든 육체는 풀과 같고 사람의 모든 영광은 풀의 꽃과 같기all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass때문이라. 풀은 마르고 그것의 꽃은 떨어져 없어지느니라The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away. / 25 그러나But 주의 말씀the word of the Lord은 영원토록 지속되느니라endureth for ever. ~~~
(요 6:37) ~~~ 내게 오는 자를 나는 결코 내쫓지 아니하겠노라him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. ★ wise → 방법/식(way)
(히 13:5) ~~~ 내가 결코 너를 떠나지 아니하고 또한 너를 내버리지 아니하겠노라I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
(시 37:28) 주the LORD께서는 공의를 사랑하시고loveth judgment, and 자기 성도들을 내버리지 아니하시기forsaketh not his saints 때문이라For 그들은 영원히 보존되나they are preserved for ever: but 사악한 자의 씨는 끊어지리라the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
(요 10:27-28) 내 양들은 내 음성을 듣느니라My sheep hear my voice 그리고 나는 그들을 아노라and I know them 그리고 그들은 나를 따르느니라and they follow me. / 28 그리고And 내I가 그들에게 영원한 생명을 주노라give unto them eternal life 그러므로and 그들they은 결코 망하지 아니하리라shall never perish 또한 아무도 내 손에서 그들을 빼앗아 가지 못하리라neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
(계 22:20) 이것들을 증언하시는which testifieth these things 그He분께서 말씀하시더라saith, “반드시Surely 내가 속히 가리라I come quickly.” ‘아멘Amen 주 예수Lord Jesus님이여 꼭 그렇게Even so 오시옵소서come.’
(고전 15:25) 이는For 그분께서 모든 원수들을 자기의 발아래 두실 때까지till he hath put all enemies under his feet 그분께서 반드시 통치하셔야 하기he must reign 때문이라
(단 2:44) 그리고And 이 왕들의 날들에in the days of these kings 하늘의 하나님께서 한 왕국을 세우시리이다shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, 그것은 결코 멸망되지 아니하리이다which shall never be destroyed. 그리고and 그 왕국은 다른 백성에게 남겨지지 아니하리이다the kingdom shall not be left to other people 오히려but 그것이 이 모든 왕국들을 산산조각 내어 소멸시키리이다it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms 그리고and 그것은 영원히 서리이다it shall stand for ever.
