Be ye holy너희는 거룩하라

 

(딤후 2:20-21) 그러나But 큰 집에는in a great house 금으로 만든 그리고 은으로 만든 그릇들 뿐만아니라 나무로 만든 또 흙으로 만든 것들도 있나니there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and 일부는 존귀에 이르고 일부는 천함에 이르느니라some to honour, and some to dishonour. / 21 그러므로therefore 만일 어떤 사람이 이것들로부터 자기 자신을 씻어내면If a man purge himself from these, 그는 존귀에 이르는 그릇이 되고he shall be a vessel unto honour, 성별되어sanctified, and 주인의 쓰심에 합당하며meet for the master’s use, and 각각의 모든 선한 일을 위해 예비되리라prepared unto every good work.

 

(벧전 1:15-16) 그러나But 너희를 부르신 그분이 거룩하신 것 같이as he which hath called you is holy, 너희도 그와같이 모든 방식의 행실에서 거룩하라so be ye holy in all manner of conversation. / 16 기록된바, “내가 거룩하니 너희는 거룩하라.” 하였기 때문이라Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

(레 11:45) 나는 이집트 땅에서 너희의 하나님이 되기 위해 너희를 데리고 나온 주이니For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God 그러므로therefore 너희는 거룩할지니라ye shall be holy, 이는 내가 거룩하기 때문이니라for I am holy.

 

(벧전 2:9) 그러나But 너희는 택해진 세대이고 왕가의 제사장이며 거룩한 민족이고 특별한 백성이니라ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people 이것은 너희를 어둠에서 자기의 놀라운 빛으로 부르신 그분께 대한 찬양들을 너희가 드러내 보이게 하려 하심이라that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

(사 40:25) 거룩하신 이'the Holy One'가 말하노라, “그런즉then 너희가 나를 누구와 같다 하겠느냐To whom will ye liken me 혹은or 내가 누구와 동등하다 하겠느냐shall I be equal?”

 

(눅 1:49) 강력하신 그분이 내게 큰 일들을 행하셨기 때문이니For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and 그분의 이름이 'holy'하시도다is his name.

 

(출 20:7) 너는 주 네 하나님의 이름을 헛되이 취하지 말지니라Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain ~~~

 

(행 3:14) 그러나But 너희ye는 거룩하신 분'the Holy One'이며 의로우신 분the Just을 부인하였도다denied, 그리고 너희에게 살인자가 주어지기를 바랬도다and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;

(살전 5:27) 내가 주를 두고 너희에게 명하노니I charge you by the Lord 이 서신이 거룩한 모든 형제자매들에게 읽혀지게하라that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren.

(갈 3:27-29) 너희중에서 그리스도안으로 침례받은 자는 다 그리스도를 입었기 때문이니For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. / 28 유대인도 그리스인도 없도다There is neither Jew nor Greek, 메인 자도 자유로운 자도 없도다there is neither bond nor free, 남자도 여자도 없도다there is neither male nor female: 이는 그리스도 예수님안에서 너희는 다 하나이기 때문이라for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. / 29 그러므로And 너희가 그리스도의 것이면if ye be Christ’s, 그러면 너희는 아브라함의 씨고 약속에 따른 상속자들이니라then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

(레 19:2) ~~~ 나 주 너희의 하나님이 거룩하니for I the LORD your God am holy 너희는 거룩할지니라Ye shall be holy.

(롬 12:2) 그리고And 이 세상에 동화되지 말고be not conformed to this world: but 너희는 너희 생각을 다시 새롭게 함으로 변화되라be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, 이것은 하나님의 선하시고 받으실만하며 완벽한 하나님의 뜻이 무엇인지를 너희가 입증하기위함이라that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

 

(고후 6:14) 너희는 불신자들과 함께 멍에아래 묶이지 말라Be ye not yoked together with unbelievers 수평이 맞지않느니라unequally 의가 불의와 어떤 친교를 갖겠으며 빛이 어둠과 어떤 사귐을 갖겠는가?what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness and what communion hath light with darkness?

 

(엡 5:11) 그리고And 열매 맺지 못하는 어둠의 일들과의 친교를 갖지 말고have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but 오히려 그것들을 책망하라rather reprove them.

 

(시 1:1) 하나님을 따르지 아니하는 자들의 계획대로 걷지 아니하고 죄인들의 길에 서지도 아니하며 조롱하는 자들의 자리에도 앉지 아니하는 사람the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful은 복이 있도다Blessed is

 

(고후 6:17-18) 그러므로Wherefore 그들 가운데서 나오라come out from among them 그리고and 너희는 분리하라be ye separate 그리고and 부정한 것을 만지지 말라touch not the unclean thing. 그리하면and 내가 너희를 받아들이겠노라I will receive you 주가 말하노라saith the Lord. / 18 그리고And 너희에게 아버지가 되겠노라will be a Father unto you 그러면and 너희는 내 아들들과 딸들이 되리라ye shall be my sons and daughters 전능한 주가 말하노라saith the Lord Almighty.

 

(벧전 2:11) 극진히 사랑하는 자들아Dearly beloved, 나그네들과 순례자들로서의 너희에게 내가 간청하노니I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, 혼을 대적하여 싸우는 육신적 욕망들을 삼가라abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

(엡 5:8) 너희가 한때는 어둠이었으나 이제는 너희가 주안에서 빛이니For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: 빛의 자녀들로서 걸으라walk as children of light:

 

(살전 4:3) 이것이 하나님의 뜻이니For this is the will of God, 곧even 너희의 성별your sanctification이라, 너희는 음행을 삼가라that ye should abstain from fornication:

 

(고후 7:1) 그러므로therefore 극진히 사랑하는 자들아dearly beloved, 이 약속들을 가졌은즉Having these promises 육과 영의 모든 더러움에서 우리 자신을 깨끗하게 해서 하나님에 대한 경외심 안에서 거룩함을 완성하자let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God
