기도(prayer) why do? 3 (2016 11/06)

(엡 6:11-12/17-18) 너희가 마귀의 간계들을 능히 대적하며 서기 위해(that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil) [하나님]의 전신갑주를 입으라(Put on the whole armour of God). / 12 우리는 살과 피와 맞붙어 싸우지 아니하고 정사들과 권능들과 이 세상 어둠의 치리자들과 높은 처소들에 있는 영적 사악함과 맞붙어 싸우느니라(For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places). / 17 구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 [하나님]의 말씀을 취하라(take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God). / 18 모든 기도와 간구로 성령 안에서 항상 기도하되(Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit) 모든 성도를 위해(for all saints) 모든 인내와 간구로 그 일에 깨어 있고(watching)

 

(시 138:3) 내가 부르짖은 날에(In the day when I cried) 주께서 내게 응답하시고(thou answeredst me) 내 혼 안에 힘을 주사 나를 강하게 하셨나이다(strengthenedst me with strength in my soul).

 

(히 5:14) 그러나 단단한 음식(strong meat)은 장성한 자들에게 속하나니 그들은 그것을 사용하여 자기 감각들을 단련시킴으로(by reason of use have their senses exercised) 선악을 분별하느니라(to discern both good and evil).

 

(전 1:13) 지혜를 써서 하늘 아래에서 이루어진 모든 일에 관하여 찾아보고 탐구하려고 내 마음을 쏟았는데 [하나님]께서는 사람의 아들들에게 이 쓰라린 해산의 고통(this sore travail) 주사 그것으로 단련 받게(to be exercised therewith) 셨느니라.

 

(전 3:10) [하나님]께서 사람들의 아들들에게 해산의 고통을 주사(the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men) 안에서 단련 받게(to be exercised in it) 신 것을 내가 보았노라.

 

(벧전 4:12-13 사랑하는 자들아, 너희를 단련하려고 오는 불 같은 시련에 관하여는 마치 이상한 일이 너희에게 일어난 것 같이 이상히 여기지 말고(think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you) 13 오히려 너희가 그리스도의 고난에 참여하는 자가 되었으므로 기뻐하라. 이것은 그분의 영광이 드러날 때에 너희가 넘치는 기쁨으로 또한 즐거워하게 하려 함(that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy)니라.

 

(롬 7:21/23-24) 그런즉 내가 한 법(a law)을 발견하노니 곧 내가 선을 행하기 원할 때에 악이 나와 함께 있는 것(when I would do good, evil is present with me)이로다. / 23 내 지체들 안에서 다른 법(another law in my members)이 내 생각의 법과 싸워 내 지체들 안에 있는 죄의 법에게로 나를 사로잡아 가는(bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members) 것을 내가 보는도다. / 24 오 나는 비참한 사람이로다(wretched man that I am)! 이 사망의 몸(the body of this death)에서 누가 나를 건져 내랴?

(대하 14:1-2/6) 이처럼 아비야가 자기 조상들과 함께 잠드니(Abijah slept with his fathers) 그들이 그를 다윗의 도시에 묻으니라. 그의 아들 아사가 그를 대신하여 통치하니(Asa his son reigned in his stead) 그의 시대에 그 땅이 십 년 동안 평온하였더라(was quiet ten years). / 2 아사가 {주} 자기 [하나님]의 눈에 선한 것과 올바른 것을 행하였으니(Asa did that which was good and right in the eyes of the LORD his God) / 6 ¶ 그가 유다에 성벽을 두른 도시들을 건축하였으니 이는 {주}께서 그에게 안식을 주셨으므로(because the LORD had given him rest) 그 땅에 안식이 있었고 또 그 해들에(in those years) 그에게 전쟁이 없었기 때문이더라.

 

(대하 14:8-9) 아사에게 유다에서 나와 큰 방패와 창(targets and spears)을 잡는 자 삼십만(three hundred thousand) 명과 베냐민에서 나와 작은 방패(shields)를 잡으며 활(bows)을 당기는 자 이십팔만(two hundred and fourscore thousand) 명으로 구성된 군대가 있었는데 이들은 다 강한 용사들이더라. / 9 ¶ 에티오피아 사람 세라(Zerah the Ethiopian)가 그들을 치려고 백만 명의 군대와 병거 삼백 대를 거느리고(with an host of a thousand thousand, and three hundred chariots) 나아와 마레사에 이르매(unto Mareshah)

 

(대하 14:11-12) 아사가 {주} 자기 [하나님]께 부르짖어(Asa cried unto the LORD his God) 이르되, {주}여, 많은 사람들로 돕든지 능력이 없는 자들로 돕든지 주께는 그것이 아무것도 아니니이다. 오 {주} 우리 [하나님]이여, 우리를 도우소서. 우리가 주를 의지하오며 주의 이름으로 이 무리를 치러 가나이다. 오 {주}여, 주는 우리 [하나님]이시오니 사람이 주를 이기지 못하게 하옵소서(let no man prevail against thee), 하니라. / 12 이에 {주}께서 아사와 유다 앞에서 에티오피아 사람들을 치시매(So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah) 에티오피아 사람들이 도망하니라.

 

(대하 15:1-2) [하나님]의 [영](the Spirit of God)께서 오뎃의 아들 아사랴(Azariah)에게 임하시매(came) / 2 그가 아사(Asa)를 맞으러 나가서 그에게 이르되(said unto him), 아사와 온 유다와 베냐민아, 너희는 내 말을 들으라. 너희가 만일 {주}와 함께하면 그분께서 너희와 함께하시느니라(The LORD is with you, while ye be with him). 너희가 만일 그분을 구하면(if ye seek him) 그분을 만나려니와(he will be found of you) 너희가 만일 그분을 버리면 그분께서도 너희를 버리시리라(but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you).

 

(왕상 15:11/13-14) 아사가 자기 조상 다윗(David his father)이 행한 것 같이 {주}의 눈에 올바른 것을 행하여 / 13 또 자기 어머니 마아가(Maachah his mother)가 작은 숲에 한 우상을 만들었으므로 그녀를 제거하여 왕비가 되지 못하게 하고(her he removed from being queen) 그녀의 우상을 멸하여(destroyed her idol) 기드론 시냇가에서 불태웠으나(burnt it by the brook Kidron) / 14 But 산당들은 제거하지 아니하였더라(the high places were not removed). 그럼에도 불구하고(nevertheless) 아사의 마음이 평생토록 {주}께 대해 완전하였으며(Asa's heart was perfect with the LORD all his days)

 

(대하 15:19) 아사의 통치 제삼십오년까지 다시는 전쟁이 없었더라.

 

(대하 16:1-2) 아사의 통치 제삼십육년에 이스라엘 왕 바아사(Baasha king of Israel)가 유다를 치러 올라와서(came up against Judah) 아무도 유다 왕 아사에게로 들어가거나 나오지 못하게 할 목적으로 라마를 건축하였더라(built Ramah). / 2 이에 아사가 {주}의 집의 보고와 왕의 집의 보고에서(out of the treasures of the house of the LORD and of the king's house) 은과 금을 가져다가 다마스쿠스에 거하던 시리아 왕 벤하닷에게 보내며(sent to Benhadad king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus) 이르되,

 

(대하 16:7/10) ¶ 그때에 선견자 하나니(Hanani the seer)가 유다 왕 아사에게 나아와 그에게 이르되, 왕이 시리아 왕을 의지하고 {주} 왕의 [하나님]을 의지하지 아니하였으므로(Because thou hast relied on the king of Syria, and not relied on the LORD thy God) 시리아 왕의 군대가 왕의 손에서 피하였나이다(therefore is the host of the king of Syria escaped out of thine hand). / 10 그때에 아사가 그 선견자에게 노하여 그를 감옥 집에 가두었더라(Then Asa was wroth with the seer, and put him in a prison house). 그가 이 일로 인하여 그에게 격노하였더라(for he was in a rage with him because of this thing). 또 바로 그때에 아사가 백성 중에서 몇 사람을 학대하였더라(And Asa oppressed some of the people the same time).

 

(잠 29:25) 사람을 두려워하면 올무에 걸리(The fear of man bringeth a snare)려니와 누구든지 {주}를 신뢰하는 자는 안전하리라(but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe).

 

(시 50:15) 고난의 날에(in the day of trouble) 나를 부르라(call upon me). 내가 너를 건지리니(I will deliver thee) 네가 나를 영화롭게 하리로다.

(대하 16:12-13) 아사의 통치 제삼십구년에 그의 발에 병이 생겨(Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet) 마침내 그의 병이 심히 중하게 되었으나(until his disease was exceeding great) 병이 있을 때에 그가 {주}께 구하지 아니하고 의사들에게 구하였더라(yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians). / 13 ¶ 아사가 자기의 통치 제사십일년에(in the one and fortieth year of his reign) 자기 조상들과 함께 잠들어 죽으니(slept with his fathers, and died)

 

(마 9:12) 예수님께서 그것을 들으시고 그들에게 이르시되, 온전한 자들에게는 의사가 필요 없으나 병든 자들에게는 필요하니라(They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick).

 

(시 103:2-3) 오 내 혼아, {주}를 찬송하며(Bless the LORD) 그분의 모든 은택을 잊지 말지어다(forget not all his benefits). / 3 그분께서 네 모든 불법을 용서하시고(Who forgiveth all thine iniquities) 네 모든 질병을 고치시며(who healeth all thy diseases)

(대하 11:21-22) 르호보암이 압살롬의 딸 마아가를 자기의 모든 아내와 첩보다 더 사랑하였더라(Rehoboam loved Maachah the daughter of Absalom above all his wives and his concubines). (그가 아내 열여덟 명과 첩 예순 명을 취하여 아들 스물여덟 명과 딸 예순 명을 낳았더라.) / 22 르호보암이 마아가의 아들 아비야를 우두머리로 세워(Rehoboam made Abijah the son of Maachah the chief) 그의 형제들 가운데 치리자가 되게 하였으니 이는 그가 그를 왕으로 세우려고 생각하였기 때문이었더라(for he thought to make him king).

 

(왕상 15:1-2) 이제 느밧의 아들 여로보암 왕의 제십팔년에 아비얌이 유다를 통치하고 / 2 예루살렘에서 삼 년 동안 통치하니라. 그의 어머니의 이름은 아비살롬의 딸 마아가(his mother's name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom)더라.

 

(왕상 15:9-10) ¶ 이스라엘 왕 여로보암의 제이십년에 아사가 유다를 통치하고 / 10 예루살렘에서 사십일 년 동안 통치하니라. 그의 어머니의 이름은 아비살롬의 딸 마아가(his mother's name was Maachah, the daughter of Abishalom)더라.

 

(고후 4:7-8) 그러나 우리가 이 보배(this treasure)를 질그릇(earthen vessels) 안에 가지고 있나니 이것은 뛰어난 권능이 [하나님]에게서 나며 우리에게서 나지 아니하게 하려(that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us) 함이라. / 8 우리가 사방에서 고난을 당하나 괴로워하지 아니하며 난처한 일을 당하나 절망하지 아니하고(We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair)
