복(福) Happy New Year! (2017 1 1)

 

(엡 6:1-3) 자녀들아, [주] 안에서 너희 부모에게 순종하라(obey your parents). 이것이 옳으니라. / 2 네 아버지와 어머니를 공경하라(Honour thy father and mother;). (그것은 약속 있는 첫째 명령the first commandment with promise이니) / 3 이것은 네가 잘되고(That it may be well with thee,) 땅에서 장수하게(thou mayest live long on the earth) 하려 함이라.

 

(출 20:12) ¶ 네 아버지와 어머니를 공경하라(Honour thy father and thy mother). 그리하면 {주} 네 [하나님]이 네게 주는 땅에서 네 날들이 길리라(that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee).

 

(창 1:28) [하나님]께서 그들에게 복을 주시고(God blessed them) [하나님]께서 그들에게 이르시되, 다산하고 번성하여 땅을 채우라. 땅을 정복하라.(Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it) 또 바다의 물고기와 공중의 날짐승과 땅 위에서 움직이는 모든 생물을 지배하라(have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth), 하시니라.

 

(신 7:12-13/15) ¶ 그런즉 너희가 이 판단의 법도에 귀를 기울여 그것을 지키고 행하면(if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them,) {주} 네 [하나님]께서 네 조상들에게 맹세하신 언약을 지키시고 네게 긍휼을 베푸시리라. / 13 그분께서 너를 사랑하시고 네게 복을 주사(bless thee,) 너를 번성하게 하시며(and multiply thee) 또 네게 주리라고 네 조상들에게 맹세하신 땅에서 네 태의 열매에게 복을 주시고(bless the fruit of thy womb) 네 땅의 열매와 네 곡식과 포도즙과 기름에 복을 주시며 네 암소의 번식과 네 양 떼에도 복을 주시리니 / 15 또 {주}께서 모든 병을 네게서 제거하사(the LORD will take away from thee all sickness,) 네가 알고 있는 이집트의 악한 질병 중 어떤 것도 네게 두지 아니하시고 너를 미워하는 모든 자에게 그것들을 두시리라.

 

(대상 4:10) 야베스가 이스라엘의 [하나님]을 부르며 이르되, 원하건대 주께서 참으로 내게 복을 주사 내 지경을 넓히시고 주의 손이 나와 함께하사 주께서 나를 악에서 지키시며 이로써 그것이 나를 괴롭게 하지 못하게 하옵소서!(Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me!) 하였더니 [하나님]께서 그가 구하는 것을 그에게 주셨더라(God granted him that which he requested).

 

(신 28:1-2) 네가 {주} 네 [하나님]의 음성에 부지런히 귀를 기울이고(if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God) 내가 이 날 네게 명령하는 그분의 모든 명령을 지키고 행하면(, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day) {주} 네 [하나님]께서 땅의 모든 민족들 위로 너를 높이 세우시리라.(the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth) / 2 네가 {주} 네 [하나님]의 음성에 귀를 기울이면(if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God) 이 모든 복이 네게 임하며 너를 따라잡으리니(all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee)

 

(신 29:9) 그런즉 이 언약의 말씀들을 지키고 행하라(Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them). 그리하면 너희가 하는 모든 일에서 너희가 형통하리라.(that ye may prosper in all that ye do)

 

(수 1:8) 너는 이 율법 책(This book of the law)을 네 입에서 떠나지 말게 하며 밤낮으로 그것을 묵상하여 그 안에 기록된 모든 것에 따라 지켜 행하라(that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein). 그리하면 네가 네 길을 형통하게 하며 또한 크게 성공하리라.(for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success)

 

(대상 29:12) 재물과 명예가 다 주에게서 나오며(Both riches and honour come of thee) 또 주께서는 모든 것을 통치하시나이다. 주의 손에 권능과 능력이 있사오니 사람을 크게 하심과 모든 사람에게 기력을 주심이 주의 손에 있나이다(in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.).

 

(시 112:1-3) 너희는 {주}를 찬양하라. {주}를 두려워하며 그분의 명령들을 크게 즐거워하는 자는 복이 있도다(Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments). / 2 그의 씨가 땅에서 강성하리니(His seed shall be mighty upon earth) 곧바른 자의 세대가 복이 있으리로다(the generation of the upright shall be blessed). / 3 부와 재물이 그의 집에 있으리니(Wealth and riches shall be in his house) 그의 의는 영원히 지속되는도다(his righteousness endureth for ever.).

 

(전 6:1-2) 내가 해 아래에서 본 한 가지 악이 있는데 그것은 사람들 가운데 공통적으로 있는 (There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, and it is common among men) / 2 어떤 사람은 [하나님]께서 부와 재물과 명예를 주셨으므로(A man to whom God hath given riches, wealth, and honour) 자기 혼을 위해 자기가 바라는 모든 것에 부족함이 없으나 [하나님]께서 그것을 먹을 능력을 그에게 주지 아니하셨으므로 낯선 자가 그것을 먹나니 이것은 헛된 것이며 그것은 악한 병이로다.

(엡 1:3) [하나님] 곧 우리 [주] 예수 그리스도의 [아버지]를 찬송하리로다.(Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ) 그분께서 그리스도 안에서 하늘의 처소들에 있는 모든 영적인 복으로 우리에게 복을 주셨으니(who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ)

 

(요 20:29) 예수님께서 그에게 이르시되, 도마야, 너는 나를 보았으므로 믿었으나 보지 않고도 믿은 자들은 복이 있도다(blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed), 하시니라.

 

(롬 4:7-8) 이르되, 자기 불법들을 용서받고 자기 죄들이 가려진 자들은 복이 있으며(Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered) / 8 [주]께서 죄를 인정하지 아니하실 사람은 복이 있도다(Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin), 함과 같으니라.

 

(시 33:12) {주}를 자기 [하나님]으로 삼은 민족 곧 그분께서 자신의 상속 유업으로 택하신 백성은 복이 있도다(Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.).

 

(막 14:61-62) 그분께서 잠잠하시고 아무것도 대답하지 아니하시거늘 대제사장이 다시 그분께 물으며 그분께 이르되, 네가 찬송 받으실 이(the Blessed)의 [아들](the Son) 그리스도(the Christ)냐? 하매 / 62 예수님께서 이르시되, 내가 그니라(I am). 사람의 [아들]이 권능의 오른편에 앉아 있는 것과 하늘의 구름들 가운데서 오는 것을 너희가 보리라, 하시니

 

Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?

 

(롬 15:29) 내가 너희에게 갈 때에 그리스도의 복음의 복(the blessing of the gospel of Christ)을 충만히 가지고 갈 줄로 확신하노라.

(요 14:6) 예수님께서 그에게 이르시되, 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니(I am the way, the truth, and the life) 나를 통하지 않고는 아무도 [아버지]께 오지 못하느니라.

(요 3:19) 정죄는 이것이니 곧 빛이 세상에 왔으되(light is come into the world) 사람들이 자기 행위가 악하므로 빛보다 어둠을 더 사랑한 것이니라.

(요 12:36) 너희에게 빛이 있을 동안에(While ye have light) 빛을 믿으라(believe in the light). 그리하면 너희가 빛의 자녀들이 되리라(that ye may be the children of light), 하시니라. 예수님께서 이것들을 말씀하시고 떠나서 그들로부터 자신을 숨기시니라.

 

(눅 11:28) 그분께서 이르시되, 그러하다. 그러나 [하나님]의 말씀을 듣고 그것을 지키는 자들이 복이 있느니라(blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it), 하시니라.

(시 1:1-3) 경건치 아니한 자들의 계획대로 걷지 아니하고 죄인들의 길에 서지 아니하며 조롱하는 자들의 자리에 앉지 아니하는 사람은 복이 있나니(Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful) / 2 그는 {주}의 율법을 기뻐하며 그분의 율법을 밤낮으로 묵상하는도다(his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.). / 3 그는 물 있는 강가에 심은 나무 곧 제 철에 열매를 맺는 나무 같으며 그의 잎사귀 또한 시들지 아니하리로다. 그가 하는 것은 무엇이든지 형통하리로다(whatsoever he doeth shall prosper).

 

(엡 2:10) 우리는 그분의 작품이요 그리스도 예수님 안에서 선한 행위를 하도록 창조된(created in Christ Jesus unto good works) 자들이니라. [하나님]께서 그 선한 행위를 미리 정하신 것은 우리가 그 행위 가운데서 걷게 하려 하심이니라.

 

(약 1:22) 오직 너희는 말씀을 행하는 자가 되고 듣기만 하여 너희 자신을 속이는 자가 되지 말라(be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves).

 

(시 128:1) {주}를 두려워하며 그분의 길들로 걷는 모든 자는 복이 있나니(Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways)

(엡 5:21) [하나님]을 두려워하는 가운데 서로에게 복종하라(Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God).

(벧전 3:8) 끝으로 너희는 다 한마음이 되어(be ye all of one mind) 서로를 동정하며(having compassion one of another) 형제로서 사랑하고(love as brethren) 불쌍히 여기며(be pitiful) 예의바르게 행하라(be courteous).

(벧전 4:9) 불평 없이 서로 대접하라(Use hospitality one to another without grudging).

(시 41:1) 가난한 자를 배려하는 자는 복이 있나니 {주}께서 고난의 때에 그를 건지시리로다(Blessed is he that considereth the poor： the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble).

(사 58:7-8) 또 그것은 주린 자들에게 네 빵을 나누어 주며(to deal thy bread to the hungry) 내쫓긴 가난한 자들을 네가 네 집에 들이는 것(that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house)이 아니냐? 또 네가 벌거벗은 자를 볼 때에 그에게 입히며(when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him) 또 네가 네 살붙이를 피하여 숨지 아니하는 것(that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh)이 아니냐? / 8 ¶ 그리하면 네 빛이 새벽같이 터져 나오고(Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and) 네 건강이 신속히 솟구치며(thine health shall spring forth speedily) 네 의가 네 앞에서 가고 {주}의 영광이 네 후위대가 되리니

(눅 14:13-14) 그러나 네가 잔치를 베풀거든(when thou makest a feast) 가난한 자와 불구자와 다리 저는 자와 눈먼 자들을 부르라(call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind) / 14 그리하면 그들이 네게 보답하지 못하므로 네게 복이 있으리니(thou shalt be blessed) 의인들이 부활할 때에 네가 보답을 받으리라(for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just), 하시니라.

(행 20:35) 내가 너희에게 모든 것을 보여 주되 곧 너희가 마땅히 이렇게 수고하여 약한 자들을 지원하고(support the weak) 또 [주] 예수님께서 말씀하신 것 즉, 주는 것이 받는 것보다 더 복되도다(It is more blessed to give than to receive), 하신 그분의 말씀을 기억하게 하였느니라.

(히 13:16) 오직 선을 행하는 것과 나누어 주는 것을 잊지 말라(to do good and to communicate forget not). [하나님]께서는 이 같은 희생을 매우 기뻐하시느니라(for with such sacrifices God is well pleased).

(시 119:2) 그분의 증언들을 지키고 온 마음으로 그분을 찾는 자들은 복이 있나니(Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart)

(잠 8:32) 그런즉, 오 자녀들아, 너희는 이제 내 말에 귀를 기울이라(hearken unto me). 내 길들을 지키는 자들은 복이 있느니라(for blessed are they that keep my ways).

(시 119:1) {주}의 법 안에서 걸으며 그 길에서 더럽혀지지 아니한 자들은 복이 있도다(Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD).

(시 106:3) 공의를 지키는 자들과 언제나 의를 행하는 자는 복이 있도다(Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times).

(시 112:1) 너희는 {주}를 찬양하라. {주}를 두려워하며 그분의 명령들을 크게 즐거워하는 자는 복이 있도다(Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments).

 

(렘 17:7) {주}를 신뢰하며 {주}를 소망으로 삼는 사람은 복이 있나니(Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.)

(시 34:8) 오 {주}께서 선하신 것을 맛보고 알지어다(O taste and see that the LORD is good). 그분을 신뢰하는 사람은 복이 있도다(blessed is the man that trusteth in him).

(시 40:4) {주}를 신뢰하고 교만한 자나 거짓말에 치우치는 자를 중히 여기지 아니하는 그 사람은 복이 있도다(Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies).

(시 84:12) 오 만군의 {주}여, 주를 신뢰하는 자는 복이 있나이다(O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee).

 

(시 94:12) 오 {주}여, 주께서 징계하시며 주의 법으로 가르치시는 사람은 복이 있나니(Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law)

(약 1:12) 시험을 견디는 자는 복이 있나니(Blessed is the man that endureth temptation) 그가 단련을 받은 뒤에 [주]께서 자신을 사랑하는 자들에게 약속하신 생명의 관(冠)을 받으리라.

(시 84:5) 주 안에서 힘을 얻는 자는 복이 있나니 그의 마음 안에 그들의 길들이 있나이다(Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them).

 

(사 30:18) ¶ 그러므로 {주}께서 기다리시리니 이것은 그분께서 너희에게 은혜를 베풀려 하심이라. 그러므로 그분께서 높여지시리니 이것은 그분께서 너희에게 긍휼을 베풀려 하심이라. {주}는 공의의 [하나님]이시니 그분을 기다리는 모든 자들은 복이 있도다(blessed are all they that wait for him).

(눅 12:37) 주인이 와서 그 종들이 깨어 있는 것을 보면 그 종들은 복이 있도다(Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching). 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 주인이 허리띠를 띠고 그 종들을 음식 앞에 앉히고 나아와 그들을 섬기리라.
